Come join us for our second annual Public Works Celebration! We can't wait to show off public works from across the region!
The event kicks off at 10:00 am with our VIP welcome, where participant executives and elected officials will welcome guests at the entrance to the Public Works Experience.
Then visit our partners' displays for educational activities and giveaways, explore the Big Trucks area and take a tour of the PWE!
It's fun and educational for all ages!
Proceeds from our celebration will help us to continue opening on Second Saturdays, and to welcome school field trips.
There are numerous price points available for your support, and we are most grateful for any and all sponsorships !

Do you want to support this event by volunteering? We LOVE our volunteers!!
On the day of the event, we will need folks to greet visitors, help answer questions, monitor areas and help support tours. We'll also need help for our facility-wide Clean-Up Day scheduled for Saturday, May 6.
So sign-up today and bring your friends! Volunteers receive a very cool gift that you may spot in the pictures from last year!
Record heat, and scores of visitors learning about public works!
Our First Public Works Celebration. May 21, 2022 was a marvelous success, and we are already making plans for next year!
But the super-fun day could not have happened without the participation of so many partners and individuals. Volunteers, truck drivers, booth staff and pump station operators sweltered and smiled and helped visitors learn how important public works are every day.
And it is thanks to you that a) public works keep us all moving! and b) that our celebration was such a success.
THANK YOU ALL!!!
